We believe the mental health crisis has a simpler explanation…
Your team is doing everything they were trained to do, yet people are not healing. And what it’s causing - burnout, high turnover rates, interventions not sticking, staff who are ‘trained’ yet not equipped.
Our Work Starts At The Developmental Stage
When emotional development is interrupted and repair is absent, a predictable sequence begins.
Not a disorder. Not a character flaw. A developmental cascade, one that was never inevitable, and one that can still be redirected.
IED training teaches your team to see that sequence before it completes, and to become the thing that changes it.
IED is our fluent language.

Behavior isn’t the problem. It's simply evidence of development.
